[Ramza arrives in a similar summoning circle atop a structure in a strange and alien chamber. Rofel is slumped against a wall.]

RAMZA: What is this?

ROFEL: Welcome...to Murond, Death City.

[Ramza runs over to look at him. Rofel raises his head.]

ROFEL: Now that you're here... you can never return... All we have to do now is to destroy that entrance...

[Rofel casts a spell, and the structure upon which Ramza stands collapses into a green vortex below. He runs to a walkway along a wall just in time.]

ROFEL: Go on... Your sister is waiting...

[His body goes limp.]

RAMZA: Alma...
