OPTIONAL QUESTS: ENCOUNTER AT LESALIA
[Ramza walks into a bar, looks around, and heads to the counter.]
BAR MASTER: Welcome. Something to drink?
RAMZA: Ok...milk please.
BAR MASTER: Ha, I like you. Never seen anyone order that at a bar. You must've seen a lot of bloodshed. But you don't drink, eh?
[A patron behind him speaks to his table.]
BAR PATRON (Male Monk): So it was true. There are monsters in Goland.
[Ramza turns to listen.]
BAR PATRON (Male Squire): Yeah, the coal mine shut down. We're in a fix.
BAR PATRON (Male Monk): And we can't count on the Knights anymore, either.
BAR PATRON (Male Squire): All of Goland's recruiting hunters, I hear.
[Ramza turns back to the bartender as he speaks.]
BAR MASTER: Aren't you a hunter? You'd make good money.
RAMZA: I don't care about the money. I can't leave people in need.
BAR MASTER: Wow, very impressive! If only Sir Balbanes were alive...
BAR PATRON (Male Squire): But there's one that even a master hunter can't beat.
[Ramza turns back to listen in again.]
BAR PATRON (Male Monk): Now, that's a big problem. What kind of a monster is it?
BAR PATRON (Male Squire): It's called the Holy Dragon. Really unusual...
[The barkeep gestures to Ramza as he turns back.]
BAR MASTER: Are you going?
RAMZA: Yeah. I'll just go and see.
BAR MASTER: Good luck.
[As Ramza begins to leave, another bar patron stops him.]
TEMPLAR: If you're going to the coal mines, would you hire me?
RAMZA: Who are you?
TEMPLAR: My name is Beowulf, I'm a hunter. I've been searching for this Holy Dragon. What do you think?
[OPTION 1]: No thank you.
RAMZA: I'm sorry, but no thanks.
BEOWULF: ...That's too bad. See ya.
[Ramza leaves.]
[OPTION 2]: Let's go together.
RAMZA: Ok, let's go together.
BEOWULF: You can pay me later. Let's go.
