Wiegraf said nothing as the Savior of Ivalice looked past him. He made no inquiries about the two weeks of Romandan hospitality he'd endured. The Dead Men had recovered the general's son. Whatever reward was due them would not increase by him asking questions.

"We march for Yardow tomorrow; I imagine the Hokuten are there."

Zalbag nodded. He was very pale.

"You'll be back to heroics soon enough," Wiegraf said softly.

"Will I?

"Give it a week and they'll probably say you took back the fort single-handed."

Zalbag attempted a smile, and Wiegraf politely ignored the tremor of his hands.
